TRND is a hybrid fitness programme built to test and improve your athletic performance, teach you new skills and have you performing, feeling and
looking better than ever before.

TRND consists of 5 sessions per week. With each session including a specific warm up, and a variation of periodised strength work, mono-structural conditioning or metabolic conditioning and targeted accessory pieces.

TRND is compatible with a broad level of abilities and fitness. There are built in progressions and regressions for your skill based work. Along with percentages and scaling to suite your individual needs across your strength, workouts and conditioning.

TRND will help you reach your goals and maximum potential. Improving your performance across strength, work capacity and skill based elements.

    Ojay Keen is Crossfit Coach and Personal Trainer who believes that everyone has the potential to be an athlete.

    Ojay has been working in the fitness industry for 6 years helping individuals achieve their potential and live healthier, better lives. Along with coaching others he has also competed at multiple International Crossfit and Functional Fitness events such as Crossfit Lowlands Throwdown Classic and Madrid Championships.

    Using all of his experience Ojay has created TRND to help you thrive in and out of the gym; get you performing, feeling and looking better than ever before.
